Our First Love
That’s exactly what it is..
The one that introduced me to everything, made me love, loved me back, and also broke my heart..
No matter how hurt I am, I’ll always love you. Always. I’ll stay with you forever. And not only will I not notice it, but deep down I will compare every other person to you. And none of them will live up, because you were my First Love.
Then after months of letting go, when I finally think I am okay with letting you go, you’ll call, or I’ll hear “our” song, or I’ll pass by a place that was important to both of us, or see a movie, or something that reminds me of how much you meant and how much I really loved you and realize I am not completely over you as much as I hoped.
But, here we are…
We both have gone through it all together, and we come back stronger than ever before in our past relationships..
We are always falling in love with each other no matter what we’re facing and always coming back into each other’s arms..
We forgive, we forget..
